HeZza FeZza, an avant garde neo-soul/pop artist has been invited to play and curate the beautiful Fremont Abbey, a historically preserved, live music and event venue, run by Abbey Arts. The “Spring Flowerhezza Show” will open its doors and run from 7-10pm this Thursday on April 24th, 2025. This show celebrates coming together after a long winter endured and popping out like a flower for spring, hence the name “Spring Flowerhezza Show”
Flow of the show:
As you enter the space between 7-7:30pm you will be welcomed with a flower-full scene and hear Gyasi’s live beat making. At 7:30pm, an acoustic set by folk singer-songwriter, Mirabai Kukatha will deepen us into ourselves in the space. After a short intermission,. HeZza FeZza & the “Nomadic Nebula” band, will then fill the stage with a set of music that will have the crowd singing along and jamming out with improvisational moments throughout. Nomadic Nebula (NN) is HeZza FeZza’s debut album of original songs. Participation will be made accessible with a “Nomadic Nebula” lyric book. Finally, Creative Justice’s Gyasi will complete the night with a shared set with Mitsu of raps over intricate and bouncy grooves that will leave everybody in an activated and released state of mind, body and soul.
There is space to dance. Taking off shoes is encouraged. There are chairs and pillows on floor as a seating option. Refreshments will be sold as well. A local flowerhezza artist,Chloe Myaskovskis, will be doing a live painting of the performances for all who attend to witness. Merch and art such as the “flowerhezzas” will also be on display and for sale.This performance will also be taped for future enjoyment.
