This year, Brisbane Living Heritage (BLH) celebrates a very special milestone — 25 years of connecting, supporting and championing Brisbane's heritage community. From our humble beginnings to the vibrant network we are today, this anniversary is a chance to reflect on a proud shared history and look ahead to the future of heritage in our city.

Brisbane Living Heritage was established as a Brisbane City Council initiative, and we're grateful for the Council's continued support over the past 25 years. Today, BLH is an independent, community-led organisation, proudly bringing together museums, places of worship, heritage architects, cultural groups and individual heritage lovers from across greater Brisbane.

We're delighted to celebrate this milestone at Newstead House — one of BLH's inaugural members and one of Brisbane's most treasured heritage buildings. Steeped in history, this stunning riverside venue provides a fitting setting for an evening honouring 25 years of Brisbane's living heritage.

Refreshments and a cash bar will be provided by Cuisine on Cue, so you can relax, connect and celebrate with fellow members, friends and the wider heritage community.
