Freedom of Voice

Your voice tells the truth—even when you don’t.

In this practical session, we’ll explore how freedom shows up in the voice, and what gets in the way. Through simple vocal toning (not singing), we’ll use sound, breath, and vibration to connect with the body and see what happens when we give voice to what’s inside.

This isn’t about hitting the right note. It’s about making space.

For stuckness to move. For tension to release. For something real to come through.

Expect a low-key, supportive environment—no pressure, no performance. Just the chance to use your voice in a way that feels honest, embodied, and maybe even freeing.

No singing skills needed. Just bring yourself

A note on prices and sustainability of the program

Our commitment is to make this program accessible to everyone in our community regardless of an individual's financial situation. However we don't want payments to be a barrier to participation in the program, if you are in financial hardship please reach out to Mowana and arrangements can be made.
We also strongly believe that our facilitators who dedicate their lives to their crafts should be fairly compensated for their services. If you can afford more than the minimum ticket price, your generosity will contribute to the program's ongoing sustainability.
