Event description

Finding Freedom

with Paul Taylor (Freedom Finders)

In this session, we explore the breath—not just as a bodily function, but as a practical tool for shifting state, releasing tension, and regaining clarity. We’ll be joined by Paul Taylor, founder of Freedom Finders, who’ll share insights from his work with breath, physiology, and resilience.

You’ll also get a direct experience of breath-based practice—accessible, grounded, and designed to help you reconnect with your body and your agency.

This is an invitation to pause, reset, and explore how something as simple as breathing with awareness can create space—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

No prior experience needed. Just a willingness to show up and breathe.

A note on prices and sustainability of the program

Our commitment is to make this program accessible to everyone in our community regardless of an individual's financial situation. However we don't want payments to be a barrier to participation in the program, if you are in financial hardship please reach out to Mowana and arrangements can be made.
We also strongly believe that our facilitators who dedicate their lives to their crafts should be fairly compensated for their services. If you can afford more than the minimum ticket price, your generosity will contribute to the program's ongoing sustainability.
