Event description

Breathing Freedom

Breath is the bridge between body and mind—and when it flows, we do too.

In this guided session, Ana will lead us through a gentle exploration of breath and movement, drawing inspiration from Pranayama, Qigong, and Sufi traditions. The focus isn’t on technique or performance, but on using breath as a steady guide toward physical ease and emotional release.

We’ll explore how breath can unlock movement, how movement can steady the mind, and how the two together can create a sense of spaciousness—inside and out.

This is about tuning in, not pushing through.

It’s about letting the breath lead, and noticing what shifts.

All bodies and experience levels welcome.

A note on prices and sustainability of the program

Our commitment is to make this program accessible to everyone in our community regardless of an individual's financial situation. However we don't want payments to be a barrier to participation in the program, if you are in financial hardship please reach out to Mowana and arrangements can be made.
We also strongly believe that our facilitators who dedicate their lives to their crafts should be fairly compensated for their services. If you can afford more than the minimum ticket price, your generosity will contribute to the program's ongoing sustainability.
