What if the mind didn’t always have to be in charge?
InnerDance is a guided, immersive practice that invites the thinking mind to slow down—and something deeper to wake up. Through sound, stillness, and spontaneous movement, we’re given space to observe the inner landscape without trying to control or fix it.
This session explores freedom not just in the body, but in thought—how our beliefs, mental habits, and inner dialogue can shape (and sometimes limit) our experience of life.
By softening our grip on thought, we might find space for something more honest to emerge.
Not a blank mind, but a freer one.
No choreography, no expectations. Just a chance to lie down, tune in, and see what moves.

A note on prices and sustainability of the program
Our commitment is to make this program accessible to everyone in our community regardless of an individual's financial situation. However we don't want payments to be a barrier to participation in the program, if you are in financial hardship please reach out to Mowana and arrangements can be made.
We also strongly believe that our facilitators who dedicate their lives to their crafts should be fairly compensated for their services. If you can afford more than the minimum ticket price, your generosity will contribute to the program's ongoing sustainability.
