Stress and emotional wellbeing are a huge focus- so much so that she wrote a book about it :) Niomi’s life passions are to teach others how to manage stress and encourages practices that connect body and mind. She also LOVES sailing, hiking, wine (she’s even made her own!) and spending time with her dog Magic and family on their acreage.
