Join us for a memory education session with Occupational Therapist, Sarah Bennett.

Discover practical strategies to support memory and cognitive function in this engaging session led by Sarah Bennett, a highly experienced Occupational Therapist and trusted local neurological rehabilitation provider. With over 20 years' experience in cognitive skills retraining, Sarah will share valuable insights to help you, or your loved ones, better understand and manage memory challenges. Whether you are living with a health condition, supporting someone who is, or simply interested in brain health, this session will apply to you. This session is best suited for those with mild to moderate memory difficulties.

Bookings are essential for this free event. Light refreshments will be available. Places are limited.

About the presenter: Sarah has over 15 years' experience in neurological Occupational Therapy in Perth's tertiary and large hospitals. Sarah worked across many clinical areas before pursuing her passion in acute and sub-acute stroke and ABI rehabilitation. Sarah established a stroke outpatient Occupational Therapy service and continues to practice in the stroke OT services in one of Perth's largest hospitals. In addition, Sarah has supported patients with a range of neurological conditions including Parkinsons Disease, Dementia, Motor Neuron Disease and Functional Neurological Disorder.

Sarah is the owner and principal occupational therapist at Astralis Stroke Occupational Therapy.
