About the Roundtable

To learn and share best practice actions and interventions critical to driving successful organisational and gender equity outcomes, join experienced workplace gender equality specialists Vanessa Paterson, Roman Ružbacký, Julie Burton and Carol Corzo for a robust, practical and guided conversation at our in-person Gender Pay Gap Practitioners’ Collective Round Table (limited to 20 participants).  Supported by Adrian Price.

Facilitators

Vanessa Paterson and Julie Burton, two gender equity experts with a combined 40 years’ experience working with the Federal Government’s Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). They have an extensive understanding of gender pay gaps and importantly, the strategies and actions organisations can implement to reduce the gap.

Joining them are Carol Corzo and Roman Ruzbacky, two Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leaders, who have been working in gender equity for over 20 years. A key focus of their work has been on intersectional gender pay gap analysis, including recent analysis and audits for organisations reporting to WGEA and the Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Sector (CGEPS).
