3-6 Reconnect Workshop 2026 - The Art of Engagement
Description
The Art of Engagement
With the influences that are prevalent in the lives of many of our young children today, we may be observing an increase in obstacles to engaging children in purposeful, productive experiences.
Are we also observing concentration - the beginnings of as well as sustained interest and attention?
How are we ensuring that the will of the child is being exercised and not that of the adult?
Let's refresh, focus on that which is 'necessary and sufficient' and re-introduce some fundamental concepts and techniques leading to purposeful engagement.
