✨ Why This Immersion

For the past 18 months, I’ve been deepening my own journey with Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery — learning how to hold space that supports lasting nervous-system regulation, not just short-lived peaks.

Now, for the first time, I’m bringing this style of breathwork to Regulate Your State in Perth.

This will be a small-group, deeply held experience (just 12–18 participants) designed to help you:

Unwind long-held stress and tension
Release suppressed emotions and old patterns
Reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm and wisdom
Leave feeling lighter, more present, and deeply resourced

I’m honoured to be joined by one of my own mentors: Bel Kimson who is flying over from Northern Rivers NSW to co-facilitate this event with me.

Bel has guided me through some of my biggest personal breakthroughs, and her presence adds incredible depth to this experience.

About Bel Kimson:

Bel is a qualified Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery Practitioner, trained by Eleanor Mann at The School of Breathwork, and professional member of the Australian Breathwork Association. Bel runs both in person and online sessions, as well as Self Mastery Mentorship containers. She is also a Community Coach at The Reconnected, where she supports people to create the change they want to see in their lives.

About Casey:

Casey is the Founder of Regulate Your State and a qualified Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator (holotropic lineage), she is currently advancing her studies in Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery and also Mentors at a community wellbeing club in Perth and at Edith Cowan University.

Casey helps people move beyond stress and self-doubt into clarity, confidence, and purpose — guiding them through breathwork, mentoring, and community experiences that support lasting nervous-system regulation and real, authentic transformation.

Together with Bel — and a supportive team — we intend to create a deeply held and transformative container to support you in having any experience you need to have.

📅 Schedule

You can join for one day, two days, or the full three-day journey.

This is a non-residential retreat — you’ll return home each evening, keeping costs lower while still accessing the depth of a full retreat experience.
