Across three Wednesday nights online, in the comfort of your own home, you’ll experience a powerful combination of science-backed mind health strategies and guided hypnotic meditation, all designed to help you switch off, stay asleep, and wake up feeling like you again.

Together we’ll explore:

  • What good sleep really looks like.

  • How to calm a busy brain and break the overthinking loop

  • Techniques to create the best sleep hygiene reframe unhelpful patterns, and get you sleeping again.

This interactive 60-minute session includes practical tools, a sleep-supportive mindset, and easy night-time habits to calm the chaos, followed by a relaxing yet impactful guided hypnotic meditation experience to layer the learnings & help you reclaim deep, restorative rest.
