Event description

30-day Deep Reflection Challenge (journal challenge - deep ecology philosophy - online - Adelaide)

What to expect?
Co-hosted by visual artist Caitlin Möhr, and nature-connection facilitator Tanya Hawkes, this 30-day reflection adventure is inspired by introspective practices and deep ecology philosophy. Each morning you'll receive deep reflection prompts and an opportunity to connect the dots between your inner world with the outer. We recommend writing you responses out in a journal but if you prefer talking, video diaries and voice recording works great too!

What is Deep Ecology?
Deep Ecology is an environmental movement and philosophy which regards human life as just one of many equal components of a global ecosystem. Deep Ecology practices provide a framework for understanding our emotional challenges so that our pain can be understood, accepted, integrated and honoured.
