Lucky Door Prize Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of the Lucky Door Prize is Central Coast Community Legal Centre Ltd (ABN 42 476 745 942) of PO Box 246, Wyong NSW 2259 ("CCCLC").
2. Promotion Period
Entry opens when tickets become available through Humanitix and closes at 11:59 pm on Wednesday 30 September 2026.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals who:
Hold a valid ticket to attend the Central Coast Community Legal Centre 30 Year Anniversary Community Day;
Are attending the event in person; and
Have registered their first and last name through Humanitix.
Each person attending the event is entitled to one entry only.
Where a ticket is obtained for multiple attendees, each attendee must be registered under their own name to be eligible for entry.
Children are eligible to enter and win prizes, provided they or their nominated representative are able to verify the entrant's identity in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The following persons are not eligible to enter:
CCCLC employees, volunteers, contractors, directors and board members;
Registered stallholders at the event;
Any person involved in organising, administering, conducting or judging the promotion, including determining prize winners; and
Any person involved in the management of a business or organisation donating, sponsoring or otherwise benefiting from the promotion.
Family members of otherwise ineligible persons may enter provided they independently satisfy all eligibility requirements.
4. Entry Conditions
Registration through Humanitix is the only method of entry.
Entries are limited to one entry per person.
Entries must contain accurate, complete and current information.
CCCLC reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identity of entrants.
CCCLC may disqualify any entry that contains false, misleading, incomplete, duplicate or fictitious information.
Tickets and entries must not be sold, assigned, transferred or otherwise dealt with for the purpose of participating in the Lucky Door Prize.
5. Prizes
A number of prizes will be awarded, as determined by CCCLC.
Prize details may be announced before or during the event.
Prizes may include donated goods, services, gift vouchers, passes, experiences or other items.
Prizes may be subject to conditions, restrictions, availability periods, booking requirements, expiry dates or other terms imposed by the donor or supplier.
Entrants accept that CCCLC is not responsible for any such restrictions or conditions imposed by a prize provider.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
CCCLC reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
The prizes will have a total value of less than $10,000.
Prize 1: 1 x Family Voucher valid for 2 adults and 2 children for entry to the Australia Walkabout Wildlife Park, 1 Darkinjung Road, cnr Peats Ridge Road, Calga NSW 2250. The pass is valued at $125 and has a 3 month validity to be used from Thursday 8 October 2026. Can be used once any day from October 8, 2026 until January 6, 2027
Prize 2: 1 x Climbing Voucher + 2 x Ride Extra’s at Clip ‘N Climb Central Coast, Level 1, 1 Dane Drive, Gosford, NSW 2250. Voucher expires 31 July 2029. The voucher is valued at $75. Voucher is exclusively for individual use. Vouchers are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Voucher is not valid for use during special events and is subject to availability. This voucher will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen and will be considered null and void if tampered. The voucher code should be applied at checkout when booking online.

6. Prize Draw
The draw will take place between:
12:00 pm and 12:30 pm on Wednesday 7 October 2026
at
Wyong Race Club
71-73 Howarth St
Wyong NSW 2259
The draw will be conducted randomly and publicly during the event.
7. Winner Requirements
To receive a prize, a winner must:
Be present at the event when their name is drawn; or
Have a representative present who is authorised to claim the prize on their behalf.
The winner or their representative must be able to verify the winner's identity by confirming the email address or telephone number used when registering through Humanitix.
Prizes must be claimed immediately following announcement of the winner.
Each entrant may not win more than 1 prize.
8. Unclaimed Prizes and Redraws
If:
A drawn winner is not present;
A drawn winner cannot be located immediately;
A drawn winner cannot verify their identity;
A drawn winner does not claim the prize immediately; or
A drawn winner is found to be ineligible,
the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur within 15 minutes of the prize draw period.
Any redraw conducted on the day is final.
9. Photography and Publicity
By entering the Lucky Door Prize, entrants consent to:
Being photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded if they win a prize;
CCCLC using the winner's name, image, photograph, recording and likeness for promotional, publicity, reporting, funding, social media, website and marketing purposes; and
Such use occurring without compensation, royalty, payment or further notice.
10. Privacy
CCCLC collects personal information for the purposes of administering the Lucky Door Prize, verifying eligibility, conducting the draw and contacting winners. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Commonwealth and New South Wales privacy laws and CCCLC's Privacy Policy.
The information collected may include names, contact details and other information provided during event registration. CCCLC will only use personal information for purposes connected with administering the event, the draw, and related organisational activities permitted under its Privacy Policy.
CCCLC does not sell personal information to third parties and will not disclose personal information outside Australia. A copy of CCCLC's Privacy Policy may be obtained from CCCLC's website or by contacting contact@centralcoastclc.org.au.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
CCCLC accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate or misdirected registrations.
CCCLC is not responsible for any technical malfunction, Humanitix system failure or other issue which may affect entry into the promotion.
CCCLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting or using a prize.
CCCLC makes no representation or warranty regarding any goods or services supplied by third-party donors or providers.
Any dispute regarding a prize must be directed to the supplier of that prize.
12. Cancellation or Variation
CCCLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, postpone, vary or terminate the Lucky Door Prize at any time at its discretion.
If the event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or relocated, CCCLC may change the date, time, location or method of the draw and will communicate any changes through appropriate channels, including event communications or social media.
13. Disputes
CCCLC's decision in relation to all aspects of the Lucky Door Prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering the Lucky Door Prize, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
