30th Nelson Jazz Summer Festival 2025 finishing with off with the Family Picnic at Washbourn Gardens.

Update for Sunday’s Washbourn Garden’s Family Picnic

The rain that we have had, combined with a forecast of more rain on Sunday has challenged us to make a decision about the Festival at Washbourn Gardens on Sunday, 5th January. 

Unfortunately, we have decided to CANCEL Sunday’s performances. 

Our main concern is safety for our musicians, our sound tech, food carts, and especially the audience. 

We want to ensure public enjoyment as well as retention of the lawn for other users of Washbourn Gardens.

Those who have purchased tickets will be refunded through Humanitix.
