Travel instructions

The Waypoint is located in Big Sky Town Center at 50 Ousel Falls Rd., Big Sky Montana. Please walk, bike, carpool, Uber/shuttle, or take the Skyline Bus system (pickup/drop off just one block south on Ousel Falls Rd. at Fire Pit Park).

Entry instructions

Please download your tickets to your phone and have them ready for our team to scan at the main Waypoint entrance and concierge stand. Your ticket includes: Festival admission to view Summer Shootout film/photo submissions in The Big Theater (showings at 6PM & 8PM), program outlining the run of show, vote with the audience for the Live People's Choice Awards, entered for a chance to win door prizes, awards ceremony and after party in Lobby Lounge Theater (9:15PM awards and music to follow).

After entry instructions

We suggest placing whatever food and drink orders you would like with the Waypoint staff, enjoying the programing and entertainment in the Lobby Lounge Theater & Bar and then promptly get in line to enter The Big Theater and select your seats (first come basis). After the show please follow the MC's directions to get to the Lobby Lounge Theater to enjoy the entertainment and await the awards ceremony and Live People's Choice announcements.

Toilet location

The bathrooms are located by the main entrance and concierge stand at The Waypoint.

Accessible parking

There is ample parking in the lot behind The Waypoint with several reserved parking spots for patrons with disabilities.
