3rd Quarter - SitSpot Challenge - Bass Coast
Event description
ABOUT SIT-SPOTTING
Sit-Spotting is a foundational Skill for any type of Nature Connection.
In this Sit Spotting Experience - Soetkin will expertly guide you through the experience during 5 consecutive weeks on early Monday Mornings.
Seeing the light change during the Sun Rise and witnessing the early morning Bird Chorus is one of the biggest joys most people miss when waking up inside their house, getting ready for the day and leaving home to go to work. The Morning Bird Chorus helps us humans to attune to the world prior to fully engaging in it. This morning attunement is like a forgotten skill, an ancestral habit that we have moved away from.
Breaking this pattern and stepping into an ancestral way of being, "alivening" your senses to all that life has to offer - can spark a sense of belonging that was long forgotten but still "there" to be re-awakened by just "being" in nature.
For 5 weeks, you will be invited to connect with the land, with the creatures and the spirits around you - and deeply get to know them, as they will get to know you.
You will be invited to land into a place of intense curiosity and wonder about the Natural World outside of you and within you!
And this is just the start of the journey!
I'm offering an Early Bird Discount until the 10th of August. This option is $125, which means you will only contribute $25 per day.
After the 10th of August, the contribution will go up to $150 for the whole series, which will come down to $30 per day.
Each participant will become an ongoing member of a Sit-Spot alumni group in Signal and/or Facebook, so we can continue to share experiences and learn from them.
And should you wish to participate in another Sit-Spot Experience, you will receive a heavy discount on the contribution fees.
So why not try it - at least once?
I've also made a video about Sit-Spotting which you can watch here:
