Are you a Professional or Executive in your 20s or 30s and want to take your next career step? 

Whether you want to get promoted, start something new or land your dream job, the 4-Week Career Challenge will equip you with the tools, strategy, and accountability you need to make it happen.

What You’ll Gain:

Here’s How It Works:

Week 1: Define the Job You Want
To get the job you want, you need to first define it. We'll walk you through exercises that help you understand:

• What you're good at
• What you're passionate about
• What the market needs

If you’re working currently, we’ll determine if your next step should be an internal move or an external move (which requires different approaches). 

You’ll also assess if your next move will be a better job for now or a dream job for the future. setting you up for a career trajectory that lasts.

Week 2: Classifieds
Classifieds are the most common route to searching for a job. This involves applying through job boards and publicly advertised opportunities. We’ll teach you how to navigate this crowded space effectively, optimising your application materials to stand out in a competitive market.

Week 3: Companies
This step involves reaching out to companies you admire and exploring opportunities that may not be publicly advertised. We’ll help you craft compelling outreach strategies and uncover hidden job opportunities.

Week 4: Connections
The least common approach (but the most lucrative) is all about creating opportunities through networking, serendipity, and leveraging your connections. You’ll learn how to put yourself in the right circles and how to increase your chances of being in the right place at the right time.

When is it?

• The 4-Week Challenge kicks off on Tuesday 3 June at 7PM AEST.
• We will hold weekly sessions online at this time slot. Each session will go for 1 hour. 
• If you can’t make it there will be a recording, but the value from joining comes from the community discussions and talking through your situation. 
• You and the other participants will also have access to a private LinkedIn Group where you can ask Questions of me or the group at any time.
