4-Week Voice Alchemy Intro Course

So you want to discover some of the hidden gold contained in your Soul?

This is an invitation for 4 weeks of deeply empowering self expression and vocal exploration using practical tools to embody new experiences, sound and song, embodied mindfulness, silliness, imagination & intuition, human connection and nature playdates to free your unique flavour and spice... our creative self expression. What a gift to this world.

Our Voice Journey together is designed to deepen your connection with your inner own wisdom,to offer techniques and practical tools you can use daily for yourself and others to free your creative genius. Whether you believe you can't sing, or you're after greater freedom in confident expression to stand strongly in your truth... I hope you will discover more of your self here.

We have space for 20 explorers to keep it cosy and provide a safe container to explore vulnerable places together. Yes, it can be scary, maybe even terrifying, I think you'll find it won't be as scary as it seems in your head AND...

on the other side of Fear... lies our Freedom!


HERE'S WHAT WE'LL EXPLORE TOGETHER:

WEEK 1: Vibrational Attunement — Tuning your Body Instrument & Learning about your Human Biofield (Base Energy Centres)
You'll learn to use vocal tone to clear your energy field, to discover your full vocal range, tune inwards to your untapped body wisdom, and begin your Jedi Mastery Training! You'll begin to tune into the conversation of nature and the weaving of your energies through sound vibrations.

WEEK 2: Fine tuning your Body Compass — Finding your ‘True North’ or Authentic Voice (Heart & Throat Energy Centres)
Using playful vocal exercises & creative writing to reveal & begin to dissolve any resonance you have accumulated from your past, holding you in limiting patterns... essentially this is about fine tuning your empathic, intuitive super powers and 'Unbecoming who you are not!'. We'll activate our Heart Coherence & learn about harmonic resonance.

WEEK 3: Recalibrating Unseriousness — Discover your Wild Song & Intuitive Superpowers (Third Eye & Sacral Energy Centres)
You'll begin to reveal the 'masks' hiding your Authentic Voice, discover your Wild Song in conversation with Mother Nature, channeling forest language and embracing ridiculousness! You'll be guided into a Dreamweaving Journey to be lead by your limitless imagination, refine your intuitive guidance, meet some of your animal guides, and explore freestyle song writing of your own Wild, Soul Song.

WEEK 4: Channeling the Music Within — Calling back your Wild Untamed Song (Full Sensory Body)
This week we'll be co-creating our magick together, collaborating to write a song that we'll share into the group. play with becoming an empty vessel for the flavour of creation that wants to flow through without our mental noise. You'll have a final challenge as a star performance... don't worry by then you'll be well equipped to dive into it!


HOW IT WORKS:

Each week: You will receive an email with a video (20-40mins) that you'll need to watch prior to our live group session, outlining the educational content so that we can spend more time doing the embodied practices when we come together... and they will have a deeper grounding after watching the video.

Each week: We will have a 90min group Zoom call together... Playdates! You'll have a chance to share into the group and with each other in the brekaout rooms. I'll also be asking you to buddy up for some of your playdate homework.

Each week: You will have a new vocal exercise to explore, that may involve nature, imagination, voice resonance, creative writing, song writing.

Private Facebook Group: We will all be linked into a private Facebook Group where we will share a video each week of the individual vocal exercise that I will introduce at the end of each session.

Additional Resources: You will have access to a variety of recorded meditations and videos to help support your vocal practices over the course.

There are 3 ticket options below to allow for your current ability to support your family and my family. I know there are many financial challenges for us all right now and I also know some will be able to share more than others, and in the end the abundance will even out for us all.
