Event description

Echo Valley Farm invites you to join in the celebration of community, ecology, and regenerative food and farming.

2024 marks 10 years of Echo Valley working with the landscape to feed our community all while ensuring its practices are Good for the animal, Good for the land, Good for the farmer, and Good for you.

We will be celebrating this achievement, as well as engaging with and inspiring those passionate about community, country, and local food. This event promises to be an immersive experience that will leave you with a deepened love for country, an appreciation for regenerative agriculture, community, and a warm full belly.

With a diverse mix of speakers, workshops, and local food, this one day event offers an opportunity for our greater community to engage in learning, sharing, community building, and celebration of agroecology. This is an event that we plan to make an ongoing annual celebration, highlighting the Southern Queensland region, the incredible food produced here, and to shine a spotlight on the beneficial outcomes that regenerative agriculture and agroecology brings to country, community, and the farmers who practice it.

We're very grateful to our sponsors and supporters who are helping us bring this event to life!

Come along to hear some of our great mates (experienced farmers and agronomists) discuss Economy, Ecology, Community and Self in our Sharing Shed.  Take yourself on a self guided farm tour, wave hello to the cows and chooks, and check out the awesome works on display in the Art Shed.  You might even be inspired to add to the interactive artwork that will take place throughout the day.  We're also hosting a number of workshops you can book in for in advance, which are a great opportunity for a select group to dive deeper into different aspects of Echo Valley’s ecological process. From soil health to subtle energy, even a hands-on sausage making workshop, there is a diverse range of experiences for everyone attending. Plus, a unique opportunity to plant a tree into the landscape on the day with guest speaker Tanya from Wallaby Creek!  Field Day Workshops are ticketed events, and tickets are sold separately.
