4th Sundays Virtual Free Psychedelic POGM Care Circle - 11am pst

4th Sunday of the month is guided by and curated for people of the global majority. These are trauma-informed/ care-centric spaces where folx can work with + share about + reflect on + be curious about + explore/integrate their work and connections with plant, earth, and entheogens. Our circles provide a container for folx to be curious + explore aspects of care while being in community.

I'm TanyaMarck Oviedo (they/them) the founder of Vamonos, Wellness healing arts + care practice. Vamonos hosts 4th Sundays PoGM Circles: free virtual offerings that invite pogm community to explore care as it relates to their work with Psychedelics. Since 2020, it's been an honor to provide and hold space for over 2000 pogm humans while also spotlighting the medicine and magic of ppogm practitioners. We center care + being in community + being of service.

At the end of 2023, 4th Sundays was blessed to expand and we are now a group of 4 pogm practitioners: Cené Salsedo Bryant (she/her) + Ron Merú Camacho (he/him) + Vanessa Cruz (she/her) + TanyaMarck Oviedo (they/them). We are honored to have herb + bones: an exploration of cannabis + death + art (guided by Vanessa Cruz and Ron Merú Camacho join us in 4th Sunday circle rotation. Herb + Bones is also offered every 3rd Thursday of the month and hosted/guided by Vanessa + Meru.
