In 2012, Push4Love was founded by Xavier Salinas and Melanie Granger in Los Angeles, California. In 2016, they moved their high energy brand of Neo-Soul alternative to Seattle, Washington. Melanie is the lead singer-songwriter, a mother of two and lives with her partner in West Seattle. She also works at the community owned South Park Hall and with Cultivate South Park, who's mission as a resident-led Asset-Based Community Development organization identifying, connecting, and celebrating neighborhood gifts to co-create a more equitable South Park. Rooted in love and joy, we create innovative solutions in food, environmental, housing and economic justice.

I am a musician, author, and educator focused on uplifting the notion of community in our culture. I graduated from UCLA in 2015 as a Distinguished Scholar and a Gates Millennium Scholar. As a musician and poet, I have performed at KEXP Radio, Langston Hughes performance art institute, Seattle art museum, folk life music festival, waco theatre north hollywood, and more. I have served on two grant panels for Seattle Arts and Culture, as well as, performing music as a City artist and Artist at the Center. As the Recipient of the City Artist Grant, I will be recording and performing music in 2024 with the support of the Seattle Art and Culture Department.

Dax Millan is a Singer/Songwriter based in Seattle since 2016. His songwriting is reminiscent of early Sufjan Stevens melodic progressions with some traces of Tracy Chapman-esque sliding riffs. Never shies away on stories inspired by the sadder somber spectrum, translating emotional limbos into lyrical tangibility that most listeners can takeaway and escape with.
