Description

An evening of guided movement, breath, and embodied connection specifically designed to support emotional flow, allow the nervous system to soften, and your inner light re-emerge.

This is a gentle yet powerful journey that meets you exactly where you are. Nothing to perform. Nothing to push. You’re always invited to move, breathe, and participate only in the ways that feel supportive for you.

The Journey

We begin in a welcoming circle around the altar, arriving together and setting the tone for a space of presence, safety, and shared humanity.

From there, you’ll be guided into 40 minutes of freestyle movement through the Five Shamanic Elements of Dancing Freedom. You are invited to explore movement as it resonates - following your own rhythm, resting when needed, and leaving anything that doesn’t feel aligned.

Movement transitions naturally into nourishing, trauma-informed breathwork. This is not about intensity or breakthrough. The breath is guided gently, allowing release and embodied realisations only at a pace your nervous system is ready for.

We close in a grounding connection circle, supporting integration before you step back into your evening.

You’re Supported to Experience:
✨ Movement for emotional release & body trust

✨ Breathwork to soothe and nourish your whole system

✨ Reconnect with your body's inner wisdom

✨Feel held in a community without pressure or expectation

No experience needed. Come as you are. It's time to soften, not perform.
Held in Manly with care and quiet magic by Diana.

All welcome.

FAQs

  • What if I don't feel like dancing or have low energy?

All is an invitation. We respect your body, emotions and spirit in these sessions. People have chosen to sit or lie in the space for the dance portion for various reasons, and this is supported by the group. Honour You. We Honour You.

  • Should I eat before?

It can be helpful to have something light if you need sustenance, but be mindful that a full stomach can impact your dancing and breath. Nid provides a small bite at the end to ground and nourish you.
