Nid is a trauma-informed Soul Guide who offers a uniquely gentle and grounded approach to breathwork, dance, and energetic healing. Based in Manly, she creates safe, nurturing spaces where sensitive souls can soften, reconnect with their bodies, and explore deep transformation, without overwhelm.

Unlike many yang or intense healing spaces, Nid’s sessions invite you into a slow, attuned rhythm where your nervous system feels held and your body’s wisdom is honoured. Her work blends 5 Element movement and soulful breathwork with energy mastery, held within deep listening and lived experience. After healing from a brain injury, Nid rebuilt her life through the very practices she now shares. Each offering is rooted in what truly supported her and is designed to gently empower others to reclaim trust, joy, and their inner gifts.
