You are invited to join Denise Archie - Serial Entrepreneur, Joint Founder and Joint CEO of two multiple award winning companies and one of Sydney's leading consultants as she shares her lessons and knowledge on the Essential Skills it takes to lead your own or family business.
Denise grew up surrounded by cousins, aunts and uncles who owned and operated their own businesses giving her insight and a road map into the do's and don'ts of how to operate a successful business, something she had lived and breathed for several decades now. As a testament to these lessons she jointly owns and operates several successful business consultancies and coaching business with her middle son Marcus.
Denise encourages us to set our intentions and to develop what we need within ourselves and importantly manage how to communicate with others so we can get what we need from them. Developing strategies, skills and a culture that creates the impact for business growth. She specialises in helping, supporting, encouraging and cheering on family-owned businesses.
Denise will discuss from a woman's perspective how she has navigated the sometimes complex dynamics of the traditional male-dominated mould of leader, how to hold 'court' with your contemporaries so that your voice is heard acknowledged and respected. How to create a successful family business being a woman and being the boss!
