50th Anniversary Community Picnic Day
Event description
The big finale for our 50th Anniversary year is fun, festive and family friendly, and so we invite our whole community to join us on Saturday 30 November from 4.00pm for our special Community Picnic Day.Â
The countdown is on! 50th Anniversary Community Picnic Day
Saturday 30 November is nearly here and we are so excited! Â
What to bring
You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks and we’ll have a range of tasty snacks and meals to purchase from food trucks.
For the ‘Home Alone’ screening, bring your own bean bags, cushions, blankets and rugs. If you need to bring a chair, you may be directed to a dedicated area as these can obstruct the view of other guests.
Car parking
Some of our car parks will be in use by the Eltham Wildcats and our Community Day vendors. We recommend parking in the following areas:
- Junior School car park – Entrance B, Bells Hill Road
- Early Learning Centre car park – Bells Hill Road
- Sports Pavilion car park – Enter from Main Road
- From 5.00pm: Sport Stadium car park – Entrance A, Main Road
Program location updates
The unpredictable weather we’ve had in recent days looks set to continue through Saturday’s, but this won’t stop the Community Picnic Day fun!
Our event will now take place the Clarke Auditorium, Harold Mitchell Performing Arts Centre; Forum and Three Leaves Café, and the Sports Stadium.
We can’t wait to see our College community celebrating together this weekend, see you there.
