Travel instructions

First in first served for parking. There are many parks around the surrounding neighbourhood

Entry instructions

Briefing will be on the grass next to the playground. You will see food trucks and marquees - follow the smell of the BBQ!

After entry instructions

Head to the registration table to see the team! If not yet paid, there will be a cancer society QR code to donate to

Hazards

General hazards and a lot of common sense! There are no road crossings but watch out for the general public, prams, animals and your footing!

Toilet location

Toilets are located behind the surf lifesaving club close to the road

Run Route

We will be using the 5km park run route. Starting at Waikanae Beach, follow the beach front then river front until the turn around point at the end of Grey Street behind Mitre 10 (there will be a Marshall and a cone letting you know). Run back along the same path, past the start line up to the next turn around point (Roberts Road), before heading back through the finish chute!
