5R SOMA - Fluid Body

This is a practice of moving from our insides. This is a practice of sensing our movement from an informed, curious and specific exploration of our body-system’s creative expression, through Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen’s Body-Mind Centering® in relationship with Gabrielle Roth’s Wave maps.

When:  Saturday 22 November

Time:    10am – 4pm

Rivka has a BA in Dance, is an Accredited 5Rhythms teacher and also a Somatic Movement Educator with the school for Body-Mind Centering®,

With over 3 decades of embodied experience in BMC, 5Rhythms & Improvisation, Rivka has witnessed thousands of participants deepen their sense of self and belonging through embodied awareness practice. Rivka works with all bodies who are curious to experience the sensing, moving, feeling, animal body.
