Event description

A 5Rhythms® Heartbeat weekend workshop with Natalie Poole in Aotearoa / New Zealand

This weekend, we turn inward—toward the tenderness of the heart, our soft organs, and the emotional currents that move us.

Once we are grounded and sensing our inner selves, we gain the inner resources to meet the emotional landscapes that shape our lives. In this Heartbeat-level 5Rhythms workshop, we’ll welcome the full spectrum of the heart’s emotions—fear, anger, sadness, joy, and compassion—inviting their expression, wisdom and transformation.

With the support of somatic practices and explorations of the soft tissues—heart, blood, and organs—we will soften, inquire, and listen. We’ll move from within, allowing the rhythms to guide us through emotional layers and toward deeper integration of our stories.

This workshop invites you to:

  • Connect with the intelligence of your heart and organs

  • Re-pattern emotional habits through movement and somatic awareness

  • Shift old stories by dancing from your soft centre

  • Be witnessed and held in a compassionate dance container

Natalie Poole is a certified 5Rhythms teacher (Waves & Heartbeat levels), a Dance-Movement Therapist, and a Somatic Educator trained in Body-Mind Centering®. Her approach weaves embodied storytelling, deep listening, and transformative movement.

All willing movers are welcome.
