6-12 Materials Workshop - Revised First Timeline of Human Beings and Family Tree Hominins Chart

We are pleased to welcome Ellen Lebitz, AMI 6-12 Trainer and a member of the AMI committee responsible for the revision, to join us live online for this session to discuss the new materials.

During this 3-hour session, Ellen will provide an overview of the revised first timeline of human beings and the family tree of hominins chart, share detailed insights into the materials, offering practical strategies for integrating these materials into your classroom.  

The presentation will also be supplemented by video resources, available for 10 days following the live event. 

Cost $110 + GST (Pay upfront or in 3 instalments)

AMI 6–12 Montessori Diploma graduates or SMTC or other AMI training centres are also welcome to purchase at cost to SMTC: 

 • Timeline: The timeline measures approximately 3 meters in length and is printed on a light synthetic paper that does not require laminating.

* Chart is printed on A2 paper; AND  
• AMI Guidebook: An essential companion to the timeline and chart, this A4-sized guidebook provides further context and teaching strategies. 

We currently have 20 packs available at this bulk pricing. Additional packs can be arranged at cost  (with pricing adjustments to be shared with you in due course). 

We encourage all Montessori 6–12 guides to participate in this professional development opportunity and prepare to introduce these valuable resources in your classrooms in 2025.  

For optimal preparation, please  register and purchase the timeline and chart early so that it can be received by you before the workshop and so you have the opportunity to review the materials and guidebook before the session. 

The materials can be collected from the training centre in Balmain by prior arrangement or mailed to you.  POSTAGE IS AN ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU as we are providing the material at cost.
