Event description
Come heal in community in this multidimensional healing journey that combines the sacred plant medicine of cacao and somatic movement + breathwork. Sprinkled with some hands on healing, reiki healing, and a musical and sound healing journey.
This is a super potent evening of healing that combines several powerful modalities that can each very well stand alone.
You are led by two powerful healers that come from over 30 years of combined healing experience (not to mention lifetimes of ancestral wisdom).
Veri Hart will guide us in the energy of the day according to the Mayan Calendar, and share sacred cacao with integrity to its indigenous roots.
April Fortes will guide us in journaling, Somatic movement, a powerful breathwork technique that detoxifies the body, mind & soul and releases stuck energy and emotions from the nervous system, and will end with a guided meditation & sound healing to integrate.
Together, the experience helps open up the heart and release old patterns that no longer serve you, creating space for healing to take place and for new life and higher vibrations to emerge.
