Join us for a transformative 6-week journey designed to guide you through the beautiful practice of breathwork, supporting you in your path of self-discovery. Our sessions will be held every other week, allowing for a deep exploration of various breathwork techniques that can enrich your life.
Throughout this journey, you’ll receive a detailed PDF with practices to take home, empowering you to integrate these exercises into your daily routine. Together, we will explore the following intentions:

These breathwork techniques are rooted in the Himalayan tantric traditions. Some of the practices will include mediation and mantra (sound).
Please note you will benefit the most when you attend all three sessions, you need to be initiated into the practices of this sacred lineage in person. Commitment is a key to this practice.
