A somatic ritual led by world-class facilitators-where we move, sound, and open the body’s locked vaults.

Together, we’ll uncover where your fire was blocked, reignite what was silenced, and return what was stolen.

This is not a class.

This is a portal for those who are ready to rise.

Please arrive in time for 7pm start.

7–8pm opening circle & breathwork

8-9pm improv & seed sounds

9–10pm somatic movement practices

10–11pm dancing & snacks

Dress code: Esoteric orange, yellows, reds

Please wear comfortable clothing.

Bring something cosy for cover if needed.

Only slip socks/ bare feet / trainers allowed.
