Our supported group container will facilitate the exploration of the Kriya Mantra Meditation practice.

Be guided along as you explore the mantra of Ardas Bhaee ~ this mantra is from the Kundalini Yoga tradition and brings in unanswered prayers ~ chanting this mantra will help to bring miracles and make manifest our prayers.

Each day, for 7 days we will dedicate yourself to an 11-minute mantra practice.

The finer details:

~ This supported group container will be opened via Whatsapp on Friday January 10th, ready for commence our practice on the January 11th, 2025.

~ We will share with you the WHAT, WHY and HOW through a few shorter videos which are aimed to share clarity of the practice and the 7 days ahead ~ you can watch these videos at a time that suits you.

- On Saturday January 11th we open our 7 days with a LIVE 1hr extended opening mantra practice ~ this will be via zoom (link shared in Whatsapp chat) and the recording made available once finished for those who couldn't join live. This first practice is extended to build our energetic field and manifestation capacity.

~ Each of the following 6 days will be an 11 minute mantra mediation, allowing 15 to 20min for this daily. These are supported with daily practice videos and interactions within the group container.

~ The intention of the group container is to support you to stay on track & share the wisdom we have gained through our years of using mantra the shift and in many ways elevate our lives. We welcome questions, reflections and experiences in this group container.

Special Note : This group container will be facilitated in WhatsApp, you will need to have the app downloaded on your phone & provide your mobile number through your ticket purchase process so we can add you to the group.
