7 Secrets to a Healthy mind is arguably Australia's most effective, evidence based psychological training for every day people just like all of us in the Seafood Industry.  In this highly engaging 2-hour online session designed by leading psychologist Dr Tom Nehmy of Healthy Minds, we will aim to

• improve mental health by building skills and behaviours that promote mental health and peak performance

• support healthy achievement striving while reducing the unhelpful perfectionism that impedes achievement and increases risk for depression and anxiety

• help staff with stress management strategies that identify and maintain a ‘peak performance zone’, without catastrophising daily stress or trying to remove stress altogether

• teach the specific cognitive and behavioural skills of emotional self-management

• increase self-compassion, now recognised as more important than self-esteem

• facilitate the cultivation of gratitude, to improve mood, sleep and contentment

• provide a clear understanding of how to proactively audit, monitor and enhance their overall wellbeing - independently -into the future.

After the workshop participants will be offered the 30-Day wellbeing challenge along with other Stay Afloat participants - where you will be guided by the Healthy Minds App and be invited to special online sessions with the Stay Afloat team.
