Inspired by the timeless style and mid century modern design ethos of Palm Springs, this fabulous single storey home is designed to envelop the sun drenched, central courtyard offering privacy and seclusion while providing for amazing entertaining with a fully fitted Cabana overlooking the swimming pool.
Affording bay glimpses and stunning views across the pool and garden, the expansive glazing and skillion roof design draws the sparkling sunshine, pool reflections and warming winter sun deep into the living spaces of the home. The crisp material palette with honed blockwork, polished plaster walls and timber ceilings together with bespoke joinery and Miele appliances offers a luxurious seaside lifestyle that is often sought, rarely found.
Please purchase one ticket per group booking. 15 minute bookings are essential. No walk-ins available. We will be operating in accordance with our CovidSafe plan including QR code check-in, masks indoors and hand sanitizer. All of our display home staff are fully vaccinated. All visitors to the display home must also be fully vaccinated to comply with current Government rules, evidence of vaccination will be required on entry to the home. At the request of the Owner, shoes will need to be removed prior to entry.
