Bridgerton Ball Masquerade 'Capel Social'

You are cordially invited to the annual Bridgerton Ball - Masquerade 'Capel Social' 7th June 2025

5pm-9pm Paid entry $25 (inc.fee) Bridgerton Ball Masquerade - THEME - Dress up in lavish attire (set amongst the TV series), gloves, top hats, jewels to impress royalty and wear your elaborate mask.

5pm Doors open for photo opportunities.

5.45pm Bridgerton partner dance, “Cheap Thrills”.

6pm Let the Masquerade begin.
A variety of music and different allocated areas to dance, your own disco moves, with a partner, or get in sync with a LineDance. Show us your own dance style amongst many……Ballroom SALSA NewVogue LATIN LineDance.
Bridgerton partner dance will be played one more time and other fun progressive dances.
We welcome all dance levels and abilities. Wheelchair access. Free U13yrs with adult supervision.

9pm Time to depart as your carriage awaits. Please take all your personal belongings and rubbish with you ‘NO FOOTPRINT’ event.

Event Info, Terms and Conditions:
Evening of the Bridgerton Ball – doors will open 5pm, not a minute earlier.

Allocated dance areas are situated around the hall, for the safety of everyone attending. At start of evening, please ask if unsure of allocated areas or when asked to move, please do not take offence.

BYO Food/Drink/Plates/Cups (or the local Pizza/Hamburgers/IGA available) ‘NO FOOTPRINT’ event please take all your belongings and rubbish with you when leaving.

Capel River Girl Guides receive a donation for their assistance with pack away after the event.
We welcome all dance levels and abilities. Wheelchair access. Free U13yrs with adult supervision.

Only tickets/orders from Humanitix accepted. Automatic refund does not include the fee charge, eg; Total $25 - f/c = refund.

Refunds for the Bridgerton Ball and/or Partner dance lesson - MUST be 7 days prior and ONLY via Humanitix Ticketing.

Bridgerton Ball -tickets sales end Wednesday 4th June, unless Sold Out.
Partner dance- bookings available 30mins prior to lesson, unless Sold Out.

Bridgerton Ball partner dance “Cheap Thrills” lessons: Held at the Capel Community Centre

Can pay cash on arrival at lessons dates/times below or when paying for Bridgerton Ball entry via Humanitix. 

Please arrive early.

Tuesday 20th May 7pm   

Thursday 29th May 6.30pm

Friday 6th June 5.30pm 

Learn the partner dance that begins a night of frivolous fun, in grand masquerade style.
A Friend/Partner is required and the cost, is for two people to attend the lesson.

Humanitix pay until 30mins prior to the lesson dates/times (see refund policy) OR Pay cash on arrival for the lessons.
Attend 1 lesson $20 for two people
Attend 2 lessons $30 for two people
Attend 3 lessons $40 for two people

The partner dance “Cheap Thrills” will take place approx. 5.45pm and then the music will continue. Another opportunity, to do the partner dance Cheap Thrills, will eventuate during the evening.
Permission is granted for video recordings to be made of you and your partner only at the lesson, please do not video other couples or instructor at the lesson. The dance during the evening will be recorded for social media.
