The session will require the participant to stand. However, you can sit during any part of the session.
Preparation before joining the class:
Clothes - Dress in comfortable clothes that allow body movements.
Room - A quiet room where you won't be disturbed by noise, with good air ventilation, and not too cold or hot.
Space - Allow enough space around you so your arms can swing in front, back, and sides without interference.Chair - (apply if you are participating in a seated position): use a comfortable padded seat with no armrest and no wheels (or locked wheels). Adjust the seat height so both feet touch flat on the floor.
Technical issue - Ensure your computer network connectivity, audio, and camera are functional.
