2nd Bruleed triple crème brie, bittersweet “Nutella”, rye crisp, dry fig

3rd Oaxacan chile rellenos, sweet long pepper, picadillo, gueso

4th Plum BBQ pork belly, lychee relish, lotus root, purple yam

5th Frozen fruit wine float, grapes, mixed berry, cassis sorbet

6th  Za’tar smoked airline chicken, barley wheat, feta, olive, honey grilled peaches, sumac crema

7th Sous vide bison filet, rosemary potato pave, porcini mushroom demi glace, maytag blue

8th Raspberry Dulce - Valrhona raspberry inspiration, dulcey ganache, brown butter cake, yuzu
