We have created the PERFECT formula for success with this 8 Week Body Sculpt challenge that kicks off Sunday 29th September and concludes Sunday 24th Nov 2024.

Life is better when you are lean, fit, healthy and confident and this challenge will provide the perfect opportunity to help accelerate your results!

WHATS INVOLVED?


  1. Attend The 1 HOUR INDUCTION on Sunday 29th September 8:00am at PHIIT Club Doncaster

In this induction, you will learn;

  • What foods to eat and what foods to reduce / avoid for the 8 weeks.
  • Allowed cheat meals.
  • Your weekly exercise regime including when and how to do your muscle building sessions.
  • How to apply yourselves to both the muscle building component and to the movement based component.

2. Commit To The Planned ROUTINE

  • The challenge consists of 3 x 40 minute planned muscle building sessions each week at PHIIT Club Doncaster (Different exercises to the 12 week challenge), and;
  • 2-3 x trainer-led movement based sessions each week  Sessions can include Haulers, PHIIT Ness, Size & Strength and / or our running development sessions.
  • 2 FULL days of rest (not back to back).

3. Get MEASURED

  • There will be a total of 5 scans for the 8 week challenge - Initial, Pre & Post.
  • During this scan we will go through each off your KEY MEASURES and provide non-biased feedback on how you are tracking and provide professional advice on how to move forward to ensure the greatest chance of success!
  • SCAN 1: Saturday 28th September
  • SCAN 2: Saturday 12th October
  • SCAN 3: Saturday 26th October
  • SCAN 4: Saturday 9th November
  • SCAN 5: Saturday 23rd November

4. On-Going Support

  • During the 8 week period, we encourage participants to do their Muscle Building sessions during manned hours in the Club, so we can check your form and ensure you are lifting the optimal load to build muscle and without injury.
  • We encourage you to touch base with a trainer if you have any questions about any aspect of the challenge. We are here to help YOU achieve your BEST result!

UP FRONT & ON GOING COSTS & INCLUSIONS?

  • Your one off Joining / Entry fee for the 8 week challenge is $69.00. Select Get Tickets to enrol into the Challenge and pay your Joining Fee.
  • Then the weekly amount is $69.00 per week (by direct debit) for the 8 week period. 1st DD will be set up to be deducted from your nominated account on Thursday 26th Sept.
  • This weekly amount allows FULL Access to PHIIT Club, scan services, all programming and advice + FULL access to book Haulers, Size & Strength, PHIITNess and our Running Development sessions for the entire duration of the 8 week period.
  • Upon receiving confirmation of your challenge booking, we will add your 8 week challenge membership to GymMaster and do all the back end work. 
  • All YOU'LL need to do is turn up to the Induction and then book your sessions and scans during the 6 week period. Easy!

ALREADY A MEMBER?

  • For current Haulers / PHIIT Club members wishing to do the challenge we will simply UPGRADE your membership for the 8 week period.
