Despite the name, pineapple bun's don't have pineapple inside! The golden, crackly top just looks like pineapple skin. Inside, it’s soft, fluffy milk bread, and when you add a thick slab of butter (a style called “bo lo yau”), it melts into the warm bun for the ultimate sweet–savory snack.

The drinks menu will be revealed soon—but don’t worry, we’ll have a caffeine-free option for those keeping it light later in the day and alternative milks too!

To set the vibe, there’ll also be live acoustic guitar music by Sam and Seb (@sebsingssongs) for the first hour!
