86th Annual General Meeting

Doors open 5.15pm, meeting starts 5.30pm paranaple Convention Centre

Dear Members and Friends,

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Devonport Chamber of Commerce & Industry Inc. will be held at 5.30pm on Thursday, 29 October 2026 at the paranaple Convention Centre. Doors open at 5.15pm.

The ordinary business of the AGM is to:

• Confirm the minutes of the last AGM

• Receive reports on the activities of DCCI during the financial year

• Elect the Office Bearers and Ordinary Executive Members

• Appoint the Auditor

Nominations for the Executive Committee

We are calling for nominations. Nominations must be made in writing, signed by a current member of the Chamber, and include the written consent of the candidate.

Nominees must be current DCCI members with membership up to date.
