About the teacher: Padmadharini has over four decades of dedicated meditation practice. Her insights and guidance provide a profound and transformative perspective on the human experience. She is trained and educated in modalities that support going deeper in meditation. This includes her training as a Chaplain, as a coach, in secular mindfulness, and in focusing and somatic work.
