Vendor Registration Includes: • One 6-foot vendor table • One complimentary meal ticket • Opportunity to sell products, promote services, and distribute marketing materials • Access to attendees throughout the event Important Information: • Vendor set-up must be completed by 10:45 AM on Thursday, August 27 • Venue access begins at 9:00 AM on Thursday, August 27 • Limited Wednesday evening set-up may be arranged upon request • Vendors are encouraged to provide a raffle, giveaway, or interactive activity at their booth • Event programming concludes at approximately 2:00 PM • Vendors should plan to remain set up until at least 2:30 PM to allow guests time to browse and shop as they depart • Vendor locations will be assigned by event organizers • Please indicate any electrical or special accommodation needs during registration • Space is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
