From Dark to Light

This journey is for the person carrying something heavy they have never been able to put down. The shame of what they did to survive. The blame they took on for things that were never their fault. The resentment, the grief, and the voice that whispers you are not enough and you know what you are.

You may be functioning on the outside, showing up for the people who need you, while underneath you are still carrying a lifetime of weight. Maybe you have tried to outrun it, numb it, or white-knuckle your way past it, and it is still there. This journey is for the moment you are ready to stop carrying it.

From Dark to Light was built for the hardest rooms, in collaboration with Hope Cartel, and released to everyone, because shame and self-forgiveness are universal. If it can move someone who has been to the bottom, it can move anyone.
