So What is 9D breathwork? Let me share a little of what youll experience today

9D is next level somatic healing- working with the whole body not just the mind

· It combines ancient breath practices

· Modern tech,

· Binaural beats,

· Subliminal messages,

· Hypnotic language,

· Layered sound and subconscious priming.

· Its immersive

· And it's multidimensional

It's designed to take you deeper then talking ever could

The breath bypasses the conscious mind and speaks directly to the body, this is where our trauma, emotions and memories are stored

This is next level healing and if you're ready, we would love to hold space for you.
