What if preparation meant finding stillness before expansion?

Deep Rest is a 16 minute 9D Breathwork experience being offered as an entry point into the upcoming 9D Breathwork Journeys at the Brisbane Planetarium on 20 November.

This journey is open to everyone. You do not need to hold a Planetarium ticket to join. It is a complete experience in itself and also serves as energetic preparation for those attending the live event at the Brisbane Planetarium.

It is a space to unwind the body, quiet the mind, and prepare your field to receive.

WHAT TO EXPECT

✔ A 45-minute live online experience guided by Stacey Ormond-Stirling, verified 9D Breathwork Facilitator

✔ Access to the recording for three days after the live session

✔ A full introduction to the nine-layer 9D architecture that includes harmonic tuning at 432 Hz, somatic breathwork, subliminal hypnotherapy, binaural and isochronic tones, and bio-acoustic sound design

✔ A guided 4 - 6 breath rhythm that calms the nervous system and deepens rest (inhale for 4, exhale for 6)

✔ Nervous system repair, emotional release, and a renewed sense of clarity

✔ Immersive 9D soundscape designed for full-body restoration

This session is for anyone curious about 9D Breathwork or those attending the Planetarium event who wish to prepare before the main journey.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Over-ear or noise-cancelling headphones

• A comfortable place to lie down

• A small pillow that is not too high

• A bolster or cushion under the knees if you prefer extra support

• A blanket or warm clothing

• An eye mask or cover to block external distractions

PLEASE NOTE:

A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:

· Cardiovascular problems,

· Abnormally high blood pressure,

· Aneurysms,

· Epilepsy and seizures in the past,

· Severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia,

· Bipolar,

· Osteoporosis,

· Recent surgery,

· Glaucoma,

· Currently pregnant,

· Asthma,

· Taking heavy medication,
· Experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis or

· You have a mental illness and are not in treatment, or lack adequate support.

You will receive a separate email from Tautahi Ascension with a link for the online zoom call and a link for an online liability waiver form to confirm you do not have any of these conditions. This is necessary as some health conditions require modification of the breathwork technique. You will receive this email within 3 business hours of purchasing your ticket.
