* Blankets (To keep you warm)

* Bottle of Water (To rehydrate after the journey)

Ladies! If you come to the breathwork session wearing make-up, and you have an emotional release, this will smudge.

It is completely normal for memories, thoughts and feelings from past events to begin to surface 1-2 days prior to the event. This is your body's own healing intelligence preparing you for what needs to be released in your 9D Breathwork session. Simply embrace what needs to be seen without reaction or judgement and we will work through this together in the session.

PLEASE NOTE:

A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:

· Cardiovascular problems,

· Abnormally high blood pressure,

· Aneurysms,

· Epilepsy and seizures in the past,

· Severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia,

· Bipolar,

· Osteoporosis,

· Recent surgery,

· Glaucoma,

· Currently pregnant,

· Asthma,

· Taking heavy medication,

· Experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis or

· You have a mental illness and are not in treatment, or lack adequate support.
