Entry instructions

Come up the driveway, Studio is up the back. Doors open 15 min prior to session time, a 5 min grace time will be allocated just send a text of your running late. Shoes out the front in designated area, please leave mobile phones off if bring them into the studio. Studio door is to right which has a tree of life macrame hanging on it.

Please Park your car on the road and be mindful of neighbour driveways

Prior to a journey

Please refrain from eating heavy 2 hrs prior to a journey. limit drink to minimal intake. Especially on the longer journeys
