Journey: Activation | Theme: Letting Go

This journey is for those standing at the threshold of a new chapter but feeling anchored by the
weight of what was.

It is specifically designed for individuals who are "beyond ready" to shed the skin of old narratives
—whether that is a past relationship, a career path that no longer resonates, or a version of
themselves they have outgrown.

If you find yourself stuck in the "waiting room" of life, knowing you need to move but feeling
paralyzed by guilt, shame, or the illusion of impossibility, this immersion is your tactical release.

It is for the person ready to reclaim the "empty space" in their life and fill it with intentional power,
joy, and a definitive commitment to living rather than just existing.

✨Reset your system. Release what you’ve been carrying. Reconnect with yourself.✨

What to Expect

✨Arrival & Presence: The journey begins by arriving, bringing breath, body and mind together in a short meditation to cultivate presence and intention.
✨Meaningful Connection To create a felt sense of comfort and safety to go deeper in your journey we connect via simple yet intentional paired connection actions, inviting you to simply be as you are.
✨The 9D Breathwork Journey: The heart of the experience. Using immersive sound, gentle guidance, and deep breathing techniques, you will embark on a deep journey inward.
✨ Integration & Sharing Circle: Return to your body with a guided meditation, followed by an optional sharing circle to reflect and embody what has arisen.

What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is an immersive journey that blends the ancient technique of pranayama
(breathwork) with hypnosis and a range of vibrations, sounds, and frequencies designed to
access the subconscious mind, release trapped emotions and traumas, and help rewire the
brain by accessing the nervous system and bodily intelligence.

Through a carefully designed combination of breath patterns, guided visualization, and
immersive soundscapes, you may experience:

Altered states of consciousness
A feeling of deep calm and relaxation
Release of trapped emotions

The 9 Layers / Dimensions

Each layer is designed to create a deeply immersive experience to the core of you

Conscious Connected Breathing (Somatic Breathwork)
- The core physical engine: an active, circular breathing pattern with no pause between the inhale and exhale to release stored nervous system tension.
Multi-Dimensional Sound Design
- Spatial/3D audio that moves dynamically around and through the listener rather than sitting flat in standard stereo channels.
Binaural Brainwave Entrainment
- Slightly different sound frequencies played into each ear to guide the brain into slower, relaxed states like alpha and theta waves.
Solfeggio Frequencies
- Specific ancient sound vibrations (such as 432Hz harmonic tuning) intended to support emotional and energetic balance.
Isochronic Tones
- Regularly spaced pulse-beats of sound that help anchor and stabilize brainwave synchronization.
Subliminal Hypnotic Therapy
- Positive affirmations and suggestions embedded just below conscious hearing to bypass the critical thinking mind.
Guided Vocal Coaching
- Spoken therapeutic cues, storytelling, and facilitation that guide the emotional arc of the journey.
Bioacoustic Sound Effects
- Natural or environmental audio textures designed to ground the body and deepen the sensory experience.
432Hz Harmonic Tuning
Music tuned to 432Hz for a warmer, softer feel, chosen for how it lands in the body during a journey.

No previous breathwork experience is required.

Event is 18+ and for both men and women.

Doors close at 9:00 am to create the best experience for everyone.

Thursday 29th Oct | Nintirri Centre
